## Choose your workspace

Personal, team and brokerage workspaces keep membership and access distinct. A human team is an organization of people; an AI agent team is a group of software workers. Access to one does not grant access to the other.

## Review the result

Client-portal reply drafts and proposed CRM changes have their own review steps. Confirmations for actions in connected tools are configured separately. Review those settings before asking an agent to act in an external account.
