A useful follow-up begins before you write a reply. It begins with knowing who the client is, what they asked for and what needs to happen next.
Keep the inquiry with the person
A buyer, seller or renter can share what they need through intake. Keeping those answers with the person and inquiry gives the next conversation a place to start. You should not need a separate trail of tabs to reconstruct the relationship.
In Chippi, people, inquiries and follow-up tasks belong in the same working context. Before preparing a response, check that you are working with the right person and the right workspace.
Use the reasons, then decide
A score is useful when you can understand its reasons. Review the inquiry, the scoring context and the proposed next step together. Scoring requires a connected model; a missing score can still be reviewed manually.
Avoid treating a suggested next step as a finished decision. Missing information belongs in the next conversation, not in an assumption added to the client record.
Prepare the reply for review
Client-portal reply drafts wait for human review. Check the recipient, facts and proposed action before approving the reply. Email delivery is configured separately, so a prepared message should never be confused with a sent one.
Make room for the showing
Keep tour requests and booking context with the relevant records. An external calendar connection needs its own setup. The useful outcome is a clearer handoff from inquiry to conversation to the next showing.
