Do I need an app, a skill or a connection?
Understand each tool type and the access its setup requires.
Add an app for a specific job
Workspace apps such as Documents and Listing Photos provide their own interface. Install the app before opening it; an app shown in the catalog is not necessarily already installed.
Use a skill for instructions
Skills tell Chippi how to approach a type of job. They do not create an external account connection or new authority to act.
Connect your own account
External connections require your authorization in the relevant workspace. Review supported actions and confirmations. Mailbox is read-only; some listed connections are still coming soon.
When something is unavailable
Check the installation, current connection and required service. A pending or failed connection is not a successful action. Preserve the work and resolve the setup before retrying.
