How do I prepare listing materials?
Prepare from property facts and keep generated work distinct from the source.
Start from the listing
Choose a property you can access and check its details and photos. Ask for a specific preparation brief or draft rather than assuming facts that are missing.
Use Listing Photos
Add the Listing Photos app and choose a layout. The graphic uses existing listing details. Review it before downloading and using it.
Optional generated media
Staging, enlargement and walkthrough tools have their own provider and access requirements. Review original and generated materials separately, and disclose virtual staging when using it.
